Integrated training on National Initiatives for School Heads and Teachers Holistic Advancement was started on 21st August, 2019 by the Ministry of Education, New Delhi. Accordingly, the training was completed in the primary format online format in the year 2020-2021. At present, Online Loyalty 2.0 training is being conducted for teachers and headmasters of secondary and higher secondary schools in the state. At present loyalty 3.0 (FLN) training is being started from January 1, 2022.

NISHTHA 3.0 FLN (National Initiative for School Heads and Teachers Holistic Advancement) training is being organized for the teachers and headmasters of class 1 to 5 in the primary schools of the country on the background of Kovid 19 in the country. The training is being conducted online at the national level through the DIKSHA platform. The training will consist of a total of 12 modules. They are as follows, based on the general syllabus


1. Introduction to Basic Literacy and Numeracy Campaign.

2. Moving towards competent education.

3. Student Assessment: How Does a Child Learn?

4. Involvement of parents and community in basic literacy and numeracy campaign

5. Admission and kindergarten assessment

6. Basic language and literacy.

7. Multilingual education at primary level

8. Study evaluation.

9. Basic Numerology

10. Use of information and technology in teaching and evaluation

11. Initiatives in school education

12. Toy-based pedagogy

According to the detailed information mentioned above, training of 12 modules based on general syllabus will be given online. In this, each module of the general syllabus will be of 3 to 4 hours.

This training is required as it will be conducted online on the initiation platform

As this online training will be conducted through the DIKSHA platform, all teachers are required to register on the DIKSHA app.
